When the Zolores Empire began kidnapping people in Dark Spectre's name, the Power Rangers Prism Flash were ready to oppose them. They followed them to several different planets, learning new fighting techniques they didn't learn at the Eltarian Academy. The Zolores Empire made their way to Earth to experiment on it's inhabitants, but the Rangers followed. The Heroes of KO-35 would protect a planet that was like theirs a couple centuries ago from the Zolores Empire. Once they arrived on Earth, they made sure to get in contact with Zordon and work in concert with him to keep abreast of the Zolores Empire's movements. They are aided in their endeavor to protect the Earth with their ship's artificial intelligence C.E.I.N. (Computer Enhanced Intelligent Nanotechnology).

Red: Richos is the leader of the team, and a scientist. He was trained in sword combat and can use the Prism Power to create a sword for himself. He trained on a planet red in color where science was key so he has a good connection with machines. Like all Kerovans from KO-35, he has telekinetic abilities. When off duty, he tried to take a brotherly like role. He is the father of Braydon.

Green: Von is the strength of the team. He was trained on a green colored planet how to use his strength to his advantage. The planet had a heavier gravity than KO-35 and this assisted him especially with boxing training. Using the Prism Power he can create boxing gloves to take the fight to the enemy. His personality appears cold, but he truly cares about people. He is the father of Vai.

Blue: Kilan is the speed of the team. He had trained on a blue colored planet how to survive and be fast. That speed allows him to use throwing stars as well as curl up into an energy ball that can roll into enemies and allow him to his them up close and hard. Kilan had always wanted a big family, especially after finding out his wife's genes carried the ability to produce twins. He had started with twin boys, Andros and Reginas. However, in his genes was the recessive KO-36 telepathic genes that were passed along to Reginas. His wife soon became pregnant again, this time with two girls, but one died in child birth. The living one was named Karone, the dead one was named Shayna. The only problem was, they never had a body to bury, just told the baby could be used to save the lives of others. Reginas felt that he could never fit in on KO-35 and went to live with a family on the neighboring KO-36. Five years after Reginas left, Karone was kidnapped never to be heard from again. Kilan had gone from a big family to just him, his wife and son. Kilan felt he was being punished, but not sure for what. Being a Ranger, he hoped, was a way to atone for it. Using the Prism Power, he creates throwing stars to attack the enemy.

Yellow: Jensada is Kilan's wife. SHe has a more easy going attitude than he does. While she is saddened by the loss of her three children, that doesn't mean she won't do what she can for Andros. She also helps her husband in being a hero. Jensada is the strategist of the team, being able to analyze the attacks and strategies of the villains. This she picked up on a yellow planet of Ice. She preferred reflecting her happier personality rather than the cold one of the planet. Her endurance is close to Von's. Using the Prism Power, she creates batons to combat the enemy.

Pink: Kamm is the heart of the team. She was trained on a high gravity pink world and so her kicks were stronger than the others. Because of the high gravity of the pink world she is strong, but it uses more energy so she can tire quickly. Using the Prism Power, she creates pink boots that give her higher striking power. She is the mother of Catt.

Black: Rhylon is the team tech, working with the power, but also outside it so as to not be overpowered by it. He trained on a black shadowy planet so his skills in stealth are the highest. He has courage, but a stoic attitude. His kind heart is hidden behind a rough exterior. He uses the Prism Power to create boomerangs, useful in quick strikes and getting the weapon to come back to him. He is the father of Eron.

White: Zhawn is the team's seventh as he calls himself. The Extra Ranger added to balance the power of the team. He's a stern figure, even more so that Rhylon. His no nonsense attitude sometimes puts him at odds with Richos, the team's leader. But he always does the job assigned him. He's trained on a white planet of light and enlightenment so he is very spiritual and meditates. Using the Prism Power, he has a bow and arrow weapon to strike light into the darkest of enemies.

While the Kerovan's normally have two toned hair, some decided to paint theirs to be one color so as to not throw off non Kerovans.
