I was just looking at your test entries and other artist who also tested with GW. What I noticed with your pieces compared to some of the others, that their compositions were more dynamic; they had more movement and interest in their images. It looks like you have the skills to render a very beautiful image but I would suggest altering the way you lay out your figures and how you frame the image. I might suggest looking into Donato Ginacola or Patrick J Jones and taking a look at how they set up their images. They are both oil painters, but they do paintings for sci-fi book covers and other media. They both do amazing work and their images are interesting in layout alone.

Ork Head, Ork body, overall sense of composition, skin, visual clarity and something very very unforgiving error: wind direction is not (believable) coherent (topknot compare to purity seals)

But Your Art is good, especially other works in your gallery, you are 21, just google the 10.000 hours rule , you have potential as digital artist, but you have still some way to go to be a professional, so just continue your path, mastery is already in sight.

Looks pretty solid. 
Only issue being the orks head.
