The cracks in reality are exactly like the ones in Doctor Who season 5, and i quote "Two parts of space and time that should never have touched. Pressed together." The concept is exactly the same! I don't know why but it really puts me off even though doctor who is awesome!

I fail to see how that's a problem. DW isn't the first the do cracks in reality, and it didn't even come to mind while making this.
Also it's not two parts considering that as of this chapter there are 3 dragonborns in one reality and there have been more since.

Sorry im not trying to be negative and complain that much, its more of a personal conflict of interests, the plot is great and interesting im just really complaining to myself more than to you. Its sort of a fangirl problem, were we complain to the author about problems that arnt really a big deal.

When I first saw those blue lines I thought they might've been electricity, randomly released power.
Hmm, Nirn can take more than one Dragonborn. During the Septim dynasty, there was always at least two: the emperor and his heir/s. Also it worked for the Miraak and the Last Dragonborn, and for Archer and Julius.
So maybe it's not the Dragonborns themselves, but how they're getting here?

Well holes are being ripped in space and time to get them to John's world. To many holes and reality will fall apart.

That I can see. Kind of like the Oblivion Gates weakened the barrier between Mundus and Oblivion.
Something like this, causing the damage and collapse of multiple parallel universes and the lives within them could be a multi-universe conspiracy. You could have something like Crisis on Infinite Earth or an early Final Fantasy plot.
