still not the caliber of your haters. They seem to grow more feverish as their "leader" seems unable to appoint enough blue ribbon panels to handle all his problems.
hippies are better at complaining than actually solving problems.

You spotted the typo in the punchline too. Good eye. Yeah, it is well known pub schools today are little more than lib factories. It is nice to see even hippies are able to admit that. There is slight hope for you.
Can I suggest: Dennis Prager?

hardee fucking har. you have no real evidence to back up your teabagging claims of some Obama conspiracy to ship all the republicans to concentration camps or whatever you fucks believe this week. its always some totally unrealistic claim of oppression from you people....you cry wolf. all your claims are bullshit. just because you heard something on the glen beck program, doesn't make it fact. seven years from now, when Obama is out of office, you will be no worse off than after Bush left office. same goes for me. all your chicken little tabloid paranoia will be a memory that you will be embarrassed of. just like my memories of thinking that Bush was going to do all those things. its just not true. the president does not have the power to do all those things you fear.

in other words I would be fine if all legal and illigal immagrants became legal none the less and if it costed me anything I would give it 10 times over. isn't it our job to show others compasion and strentgh where others show fear and hate?

WerewolfOfTheWater In reply to Conservatoons [2010-06-12 22:33:29 +0000 UTC]
When I was in school I was flat-out told that Utopia was an impossibility, and I live in a somewhat liberal state. The idea that the public education system is a "liberal factory" or whatever is ridiculous. If you go to a red state the only real difference in education is the quality. They only talk about evolution briefly and move on due to the controversy around it down there, while here we're made to understand it fully. Thus, somebody who got an education here is more likely to pick up an interest in biology and work in that field since they understand it more. We also have less teen pregnancy rates than red states do, since we don't practice that "abstinence-only" crap and we're actually interested in telling kids the truth rather than keeping their heads empty and receptive to religious indoctrination.
I was lucky enough to be in a good public school. An education here counts for more than, say, an education in Texas. We're not "liberal factories" we simply have higher academic standards and don't allow religious people to keep kids ignorant of facts. There's probably a reason why the biggest party school in the country is considered to be none other than the University of Texas. I'll go study biology while you get drunk and pass out on the campus lawn, sound fair?
