Personality:
Stuck up - He can get a little stuck up and snooty sometimes. He's just trying to act the part he thinks he is destined for, which is a high rank, status, to be the best and earn the respect he thinks he deserves. He was looked down on for most of his kithood due to his being a runt but he wants everyone to stop just seeing him for the small cat he is and instead a great and powerful tom that should be respected.

Cocky - Eichii can get a little cocky sometimes, especially considering his small size and amount of power. He sometimes forgets he's not quite fit to be as prideful as he is, considering that his pride can get dashed in a matter of seconds. Just bring up his height and the tom will instantly start to feel small again. The bug really wishes that he was able to do everything he boasts about and pretending that he can makes him think that maybe he actually can.

Ambitious - Eichii knows how small and weak he is but he still wants a lot. Mostly power. He wants the power to make other Poke-cats fear him and respect him. He wants to be the best and can't stand to be anything other than that. He strives to be the opposite of what he was back in Kalos and make cat's gawk in awe at how far he has been able to come and how much he has managed to do for himself.

Grumpy - Pretty much enough said. This tom is a grumpy puss who is hardly ever truly happy about anything. He doesn't even bother to try to hide it either. He thinks everyone is annoying and he's not shy about letting every Poke-cat know it either. He thinks that playing nice is just a waste and making friends is pointless. He has much better things to do with his time and he's had his fill of cats who claim friendship but just make fun of him behind his back. He doesn't want any more of that.

Courageous - For the most part at least. Though he doesn't usually show any fear toward anything, maybe just some caution here and there, there is one thing that has always gotten to him; heights, which most poke-cats would probably find weird for a flying type. Other than that he's pretty much just stupidly brave. He doesn't let such things as fears slow him down and will just charge right into things without giving it any thought. It may be stupid of him in most cases but he doesn't like to give himself the chance to hesitate and change his mind.

Airhead - Eichii likes to think himself quite smart but in actuality he is definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed. He may be well read on Pokemon stats, moves and battle strategy but when it comes to things like math, literature or basically anything that doesn't have to do with battles, the Vivillon is completely clueless. He tries not to let anyone see how little he really knows and so generally avoids any topic that he doesn't at least have a basic understanding of. Or he just avoids interaction with others altogether. It's much easier to hide that way.

A little background info:
Things used to be peaceful. Kalos was a lush, tranquil uninhabited land. Well, except for Poke-Cats. They didn't need to worry about much, as the land was generous and the Poke-Cats kind to one another. Except, when man came. They came blundering like a hurricane, hacking and chopping at the land to build their homes and businesses. The Poke-Cats stayed hidden for awhile, but as man discovered and chewed up the region at a fast pace, they were in a corner. They were soon discovered, to the humans horror. See, Poke-Cats are hated by man. Irregular compared to simple Pokemon and simple house-cats. And just like the past, they were chased out. Haven, Esme and Locket, the leaders of the escapees, helped the Kalos cats escape on some human canoes or the backs of water-pokemon, and went into the abyss of the sea without even a goodbye. They floated around in the oceans for days, if not months, they lost count. Many died, and many were weak. They finally came upon land, though, and this is land as you would recgonize as Cianwood Island. This is the history so far, and it's still continuing to write itself...

Eichii's personal life:
On Kalos, Eichii was constantly teased about his small size and species. He began to hate himself and everyone because of it. Unable to deal with all the hate he had accumulated, Eichii decided to turn things around and try to make others respect him. He started training up, sparring with friends and building up his strength so that he could prove those that teased him wrong.
On the journey over, Eichii's parents were always looking out for their son, to make sure that he lived a good life once they found somewhere to settle. Unfortunately, in all their concern for Eichii, they didn't take care of themselves and died. This tragedy hurt Eichii but he had to make sure he didn't give up so that he wouldn't disappoint his dead parents.

Since arriving on Cianwood, Eichii has worked super hard to become a great Trainer. He was only on the island a short time when he managed to make the rank of Gym Leader and since then has worked even harder, using most of his time to build up his strength and skills in the arena.
Recently Cianwood had it's first Battle Championship, which Eichii was of course quick to sign up for. He unfortunately didn't do well in his first round and lost the match. He claimed that he lost because his orientation was thrown off when he was hit by the opponent's Flamethrower but really he had just gotten a little scattered when he had let himself be hit.
With that loss the Vivillon thought he was out of the tournament but it was later announced that he would be participating in another battle at the end of the tournament. Surprisingly this battle appeared to be once again against the same Poke-cat whom he had challenged the first time and Eichii was quite excited at the second chance, sure that he could beat him this time. When the order was changed and Eichii was given a new opponent, one who was known for his skill and ruthlessness, Eichii was quite nervous and eager to show off his skill to the Elite member.
IT was a pretty even battle, but in the end Eichii somehow managed to knock out his opponent and win the match. The Vivillon was very pleased with himself that he had been able to take down the older and more experienced tom and was even more ecstatic when he discovered later that he would be joining him in the Elite rank.

He had been trying to sleep a little longer but the quiet buzz and bustle of the other cats waking had had him wake up as well. He stretched his legs and yawned widely before shaking little bits of his nest from his pelt.

The tom looked around at his clan mates and spotting Frozenpaw, he shuddered inwardly. He wasn't used to the sight of his sister with only 3 legs and, even though he hadn't been there, an image of an angry badger tearing her leg from her flashed in his mind every time he saw her. It made him uncomfortable and he tried not to look at her.

Tearing his gaze away he spotted Sweetpaw just a few steps away. "Hey Sweetpaw. Sleep well?" He greeted her.
