Description
Here is a picture that I did featuring Sonic The Hedgehog and his friends who make an appearance in the upcoming game "Sonic Mania Plus" for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Because I wasn't too busy doing anything else at the time, I was in the mood for wanting to draw a picture as a way of celebrating the upcoming release of "Sonic Mania Plus", which happens to be an updated version of the ever-popular game "Sonic Mania" after it had become one of the most well-received games in the Sonic series ever made (especially after all the negative criticisms of "Sonic Forces", which prevented me from liking the game despite it not being that bad in my opinion), and the newer version of the game will also include some additional levels as well as the return of two forgotten Sonic characters that make their return after a long absence: Ray The Flying Squirrel and Mighty The Armadillo, both of whom made their first and only appearance in the Japanese arcade game "SegaSonic The Hedgehog" (though Mighty did eventually make an appearance in the Sega 32X game "Knuckles Chaotix" before being forgotten afterwards). Anyway, for this picture I've done, I was able to draw a simple group picture of Sonic posing with his friends Knuckles, Tails, Ray, and Mighty with all five heroes looking like they're ready to go on another adventure together. When I was coloring the picture in, I was able to use a bunch of bright colors for the background while using some unique shapes based on the official artwork used for the game. The picture turned out really nice after being completed, and it's sure to please my friends and everyone else as well.
