I am not confident in that. It is more likely to find a Totoro version then a Spirited away version on ebay. a quick google search of maybe 'studio ghibli' store or "hayao miyazaki' stores might be a better shot. I found one site: [link] and it does have this type of handkerchief but I have not ordered from this store so I don't know if its reliable but you can try it out.
