Originally was going to be named "Are you SURE you're not cheating?"

Basically, Daisy is better than Waluigi at the Whacka game. After missing a few Whackas of his own, he turns to Daisy with something like a snarl painted on his face and one sentence on the tip of his tongue.
"Are you SURE you're not cheating?"
...he's just a sore loser.

Now remember, you're not supposed to hit a real Whacka. They're endangered. Of course, if you ever see a real one (...which is a bit on the impossible side...), you should take as much pictures as you can, maybe if you're lucky they'll name it after you. :V
