14 hours in Photoshop CS - This artwork is HUGE, ugh I thought my pc was going to die making it...lol

it was a fun project specifically for V-day! Shes fake people, shes suppose to be a doll...and yes I lost a ton of detail making this smaller, so detail shots will be posted. She has a scar by her mouth, which was removed for the smaller version because it looked terrible, in the details shots & the print it is clearly visible and looks the way it was intended...© Susan McKivergan 2006

It has this spooky feel to it.. I guess it's the doll-resembling-human quality, huh? ^___^ I love the black-and-white chess floor! And the red hearts are so striking the first thought that comes into mind is that she's bleeding love....

She reminds me so much of an alternative Alice In Wonderland, which I love, as Alice is one of my favourite characters. It's beautiful, abstract and deep.

o.o Wow. I love the moon in the lower left and the redness of the hearts-they look like pulsating bulbs of light. And they look so airbrushed and fluffy! Cool.

it's such a lovely piece of art, i adore it. and her look on her face, i always noticed pictures of that kind in old polish books i read when i was younger and i LOVE them. and i LOVe this too
