Hey there! I'm looking into building my own space marine armor, but I have no idea where to start! I just had a few questions if you'd be so kind to answer them.
1. What materials did you use all together?
2. How did you make the pieces? Did you sculpt them with clay then make molds and make plastic pieces using said molds?
3. Is the suit heavy at all? How much weight does it add to your body?
4. Is the suit easy to move around in?
5. Is the suit scaled to your body or is it 7'6" tall like an actual space marine?

1) foam, 100% foam
2) I used pepakura, search out the Obscurus Crusade
3)whole suit is Less than 50 lbs
4) as easy as a big bulky armor allows
5) scaled to me

Is the suit get hot after wearing it for long periods of time? If so, do you have any way to keep cool while wearing it?

It does get hot
Not as bad as fiberglass, but still warm
And no, not really. I just fought through it
One could implement a cooling system, but because of the size, I never wear it for very long anyway

I think I plan on wearing my suit for quite a few hours on end. I most likely consider making some sort of cooling system in the future. Thanks, you've done a great deal of help for my future endeavors! For the Emprah!
