Professor Screweyes from the movie We're Back. I doubt many remember it since it was made so long ago but its a Spielberg flic. Check it out. I did this without reference and once finally digging through all my old ass movies, I found it and realized that I was pretty dead on....cept he has a flathead screw in his eye and not a phillips...

The movie was of questionable quality, but it's villain was awesome.

The movie was soso, but I loved its villain. He reminds me of the Batman villain, the Scarecrow in a lot of ways; gangly mad scientist obsessed with fear who delights in making others frightened, terrified of crows due to a traumatic experience with them in his earlier years, and using his science to bring peoples' worst fears to life.

Actually, a deleted scene shows that he keeps them because he is afraid of them, trying to master his fear, which he adquired when a crow pecked his eye out.

I always loved the rivalry between him and his brother. Even though he was an awesome villain, I was sad to see him go at the end. Made me sad. Loved this movie though! I watched it recently after remembering it suddenly.
