Well it's canon that he's into girls because he's into Mia. He could still be bi, who knows. Don't judge, people, don't judge.
But Diego x Mia is official, and there's nothing to show he'd definitely into or not into guys... As Godot he's a vengeful ghost with eyes only for avenging Mia's death and the crap that happened to him... not in a position to start a relationship with someone, not in the slightest, so his sexual preferences are pretty irrelevant at that point.

Diego is NOT gay. Neither is Mia. It's the most obvious CANON pairing in the whole P.W. series,and just happens to be my favourite. I can handle Edgey X Nick but NOT Diego being gay. Just no. Diego is the most UN-GAY like person in the game. And I am a HUGE Yuri fan (Franny X Adrian!) by the way. Yaoi is cool too^^ but some strait pairings just stick with me forever.
Ranting Aside, I love this pic! The colouring is brilliant and I like the way Mia and Diego are posed. Good job!

Oh well, I love yaoi, but not all the pairings... for example, if I see a Phoenix x Edgeworth I watch the style, so I fav it for how does it look not because I nosebleed OMG a yaoi LUVLUVLUV... no, anything of this. i totally love the phoenix/edgeworth pairing, even if it's not canon. however, sometimes people go way too far and claim that some crack pairing where the characters have never even met is OMGCANON.
i'm all for writing random pairings for a giggle, but some people take it way too seriously.
and godot = straight. he's like one of the only definitely straight characters. as in totally confirmed without a shadow of doubt. we don't really know enough about most of the other characters to make a decision either way.

Once I heard (luckly, only heard) about a yaoi... Godot x von Karma senior. I mean, they're the least people that could be part of a yaoi (and then, Godot and Manfred never met, at least two seconds in the jail after the last T&T case...)! When I heard about it I shouted "WTF?!?!"
