Skarmory > Valkory (level 40, female)

Scoria: it nests in brambles and thorns, allowing its armour-like hide to grow thick and impenetrable. It sheds its feathers once a year to maintain their sharpness.
Pumice: the feathers shed from a skarmory are famed for their sharpness. They are often turned into swords, which are commonly sold on the black market.

Design: my first main pokemon was a skarmory named FIDO (actual name). So I wanted to include him in the dex. Amusingly enough, he's a dude, so he can't evolve into Valkory.
