Possible moves to learn: snow based moves like avalanche, as well as peck. Slashing moves. Also now has electric moves like thunderbolt and thunder.

Limestone: it is imbued with the power of the storm. The cloud on its back absorbs static electricity in the air, which it uses to charge its sword-like wings.
Greenstone: parent Storoa imbue static energy into the nests of their young, which both protects from danger and has the added effect of making snow cling to the hatchling's feathers.

Design: big stormy bird with snow on its blade-wings. I couldn't work out how I wanted to colour it so I redrew it and now it looks ok. Shiny based on a shearwater.
