Description

Hey all, this time I've got a new set of character reference sheets and a little bit of information on the figure in question, all hailing from my own original Fantasy World known as Dunathor. As you might be able to tell, this world is full of fantasy Races of my own original making, and thus unfamiliar to many, but also plenty of other familiar peoples like; Elves, Dwarves, and Humans, as I like that sort of mix. Additionally, as you can see the title references something similar to the famous Dungeons and Dragons TTRPG, which is intentional as I plan to post my own written stories featuring the characters with the 'Dungeon Dames' (or Dungeon Dudes for the Men) in the titles, played out something like one could expect to see a Comic or Video Game adaptation of a D&D setting or campaign. But more will come to further flesh out this world as I've long worked on this setting (for over a decade now), and I hope to have substantial posts relating to it in the near future.

Anyhoo, you can see a group reference shot (also a colored sketch) of the three girls from this group below. Their Classes, left to right would be: Wizard, Rogue, and Cleric. Their Races are, again left to right: Omori, High Elf and Djinn. Dungeon Delvers Dames ref

And now some info about the lady above:

Name: Jazira Qadir

Age: 23

Gender: Female

Race: Fire Djinn, Qitari

Birthplace: The Sands of Qhazra, The Sultanate/Empire of An-Qitar, Al-Shatar

Class: Cleric

Persona: The Sands of Qhazra, akin to the Earth-Region known as the Middle East, has spent multiple millennia benefiting from its wildly lucrative geographic position between the Realms of Iron (roughly an analog to Europe) and the Jade Kingdoms (roughly an analog to Asia), as well as vast southern lands of Il-Khemasan (similar to Africa), due to the abundance of vast and ancient trade lanes which wind their way east, west, and southward. It was in this overall climate of opulence that Jazira was born, the daughter of one of the vast Qitari Empire's countless Emirs, as what would become the paradox that resulted in her own personal life journey and choices. Sick of the descent into over-indulgence and decadence of those she saw around her, the young Jazira pledged herself to the mission of the Twilight Crescent, a holy order of priests, clerics and even something akin to the Paladins of the west. Although she is bound to her divine creed, to this day the ambitious Fire Djinn genuinely seeks to assist the forces of Order, and is well-known for her curiosity in regards to the Faiths foreign to the lands beyond those of her birth. Socially she is known to be fiercely loyal to those that have earned her allegiance, but also somewhat motherly, as a byproduct of her history.

As an added sidenote, I will now explain some added details of her physique, given that this iteration of the Djinn are seemingly unique to my world.

Physically, Dunathor's Djinn are quite similar to D&D's Genasi, though their origins is where they differ. Djinn are, like the name states, related to the famous Djinn or Genies of Arabic Mythos IRL, because they are essentially descended from them. In this world, the Djinn have essentially become Flesh and Blood beings who, through the harrowing days of a global cataclysm, shed their ancient states as purely elemental beings. However, despite this change, Dunathor's current Djinn Race retain a great many traits from their less corporeal ancestors. For instance, Fire Djinn are reddish skinned and possess the ability to wield and cast minor fire magics, while Water Djinn are bluish skinned, and can manipulate and cast water magic, etc. Additionally, Fire Djinn are more resistant to heat in general and so on.
