So here we have a sort of alternate version to www.deviantart.com/crosis278/a… where Lotus has succeeded in both rescuing Apophis' captives, but delaying the naga long enough for them to escape. Seems she wasn't able to get away herself though, and who knows what kind of extra punishments or plans Apophis will have now that there's only one prisoner to focus upon?
