Description After H. Rider Haggard.

This is another Poser scene that crashed Vue every time. Repeated attempts to import corrupted the file. Rendered, therefore, in Poser7.

OH MY! What a fantastic image Mark. Bravo, bravo!
I didn't have a clue what they were saying up there on how you could have done it easier but, the end result is great.

Thank you very much. Of the four catskins (including lion and tiger also) the leopard is my favorite.

I love the shade of the hair, I really, really love the shade of the hair. The posture is amazingly souting, such aregal posture is perfect for the expression and surroundings, just gives off this mood that totally works. And the anthrocats in the foreground, as well as the raven really add an animalistic beauty, Great work.

Thanks hon. I have really scoured the content sites looking for good rendered hair since I can't draw it worth a darn. I am getting better at drawing the few sray hairs but my attempts to do hair totally in photoshop just look sick and scary.

Hair is really evil to draw. :/ But if you've been draing strays in photoshop, they've turned out nicely as far as I could tell.

"That's why you don't try to render them all at the same time silly" Have I been trying to tell you this same thing? Just paste them! I honestly don't consider dropping the pieces into a stack as post production.

Is it nice to pile on?

Think about those transparencies in the overhead projector in school.

I understand the concept, I'm pretty sure. And the multi render of different parts of the same scene also enables some more advanced photoshopping such as controlling hair sticking out from under a helmet and so on. I just worry about light and shadow alignment. I have had to draw in shadows on occasion and don't find my own work very convincing at my current skill level.

Render the things that cast shadows to and from with each other. For example the background gets rendered four times. But you can eliminate even that if a shadow is just cast on the ground. I assume you have the possibility of multiple cameras. Use one for the render, and another for the manipulation! Same camera, same lights, same shadows.

What? Four renders? Another possibility is to make the foreground/background seam a little farther back in the scene.

Four ten-minute renders. Don't forget, the scene isn't nearly so full!

Ten minute poser renders are possible. Ten minute vue renders are hash dreams.

Excellent image - great pov and superb characters!! Nice work on the lighting too!!

You should try multiple figures in P6... that was worse than P7, which will at least give rendering a go and sometimes even work!!!

Thank you, I really would have prefered the increased flexibility of vue lights but I finally was able to get the shadows of the out-of-camera-range foreground objects to move close to how I'd envisioned. Thanks for the fav.

Nothing more frustrating than an app that won't do what you want it too - but a great result anyway!!

Thank you very much. Now I know why muliple figure images are fairly rare. Poser doesn't like them too much, Vue doesn't like them at all.
