Who knows. Naruto is still a Genin and he never got to finish the Chunin Exams before the time skip and heΒ left the village with Jiraiya so he missed the chance to retake it.Β At this point he doesn't to anymore nor wear the vest since he's pretty much Hokage level by now.

Well, your watermark WAS in a part of the image from which it can easily be removed without too much editing. You should always place it in a spot or in a way which would make it really difficult to remove without making it obvious that the pic was edited. But anyway, what's even worse than that, I'm sure you've noticed already, but, it's not just your pic. Almost everything in that jackass's gallery is stolen.
