Description
I had a lot of fun drawing Sandstorm, as I am currently rereading this first arc so it’s very enjoyable and I forgot how much I did enjoy reading about her! The first arc still holds a very fond place for me as I loved seeing all the dynamics between background characters, and I miss seeing that in the newer series, though I am enjoying to newest arc a lot, and I really love all the protagonists! I will have to draw them at some point, and hopefully I will get there eventually!

Sandstorm had a very strong personality and I really loved how her and firestar’s relationship progressed because they went more from rivals to her being his main supporter and I loved that dynamic a lot! And she was just so spunky and sassy and I loved reading scenes with her in them, I also now like she was only ever friends with Dustpelt and neither of them had feelings for each other. It was so sweet how she was there for fireheart when no one else really was, and their relationship was by far the most developed one, and I loved even more how that wasn’t the end of it, and firestar’s quest even developed it further. My favourite types of stories are slow progressing ones, which may be painful to get through, I just love reading in depth how things go, and seeing a relationship progress moment by moment is truly wonderful, even if that relationship is a friendship or a romantic one, I just love reading about it.

This has been the fifth character design I have done, and I will mainly be doing these by arc or suggestions I get, be sure to check out the next poll when that comes out and stay tuned for the next one, and as always, stay inspired!
