By the way,I watched the time-lapse video of you making this drawing on youtube as well as subscribing to your channel(Altair Relian is the name of my channel. No videos uploaded as of yet though but I plan on uploading videos of my aquariums once I finalize the design of the aquarium interior).
I forgot to ask.How long did it take to make this drawing?

Thanks! Much appreciated The numbat took roughly 20 hours? Something like that.

Man that took a rather long time then.I hope that by 20 hours it also included break times haha.

Well I didn't do him all in one hit, spaced it out over a couple of weeks

Well that explains it then haha.It would take tremendous amounts of patience to finish a drawing in 20 hours in one go haha.

By the way,may i suggest some musics that you might want to use in your time-lapse videos?Because I've actually got a ton of instrumental music that I can suggest haha.

Suggestions of music would be great! At the momentΒ I'm using stuff from the YouTube Audio library because it's all creative commons, but it's a pretty limited selection ...

I would suggest music that is created by Kevin MacLeod. His musics are all creative commons or royalty free. You can find music that he had composed on incompetech.com. Alternatively you can listen and download some of his compositions here freemusicarchive.org/music/kev…

I might also suggest some music compositions by David Benoit.I already have a lot of music in my playlist that are composed by him.I usually listen to his music when I am cleaning my aquariums, studying,or having a cup of coffee or tea hehe.

Thanksa million! Kevin MacCleod's stuff comes up on the YouTube audio library, but perhaps your source will have more material

Yeah Kevin MacLeod's compositions tend to get overused but I still like listening to some of the relaxing music he creates.

I thought this was a photograph at first when I saw the thumhnail haha.
Man if I only have the patience to draw realistic-styled animals.

Now that is a compliment indeed! Yeah, it's time consuming, but very rewarding

The only time that I would probably use realism in a drawing might be when I draw a fictional species for a speculative evlution project hehe.Trying to figure out how to draw my own depiction of that "Sigbin" creature that I mentioned before.I did try drawing a rather realistic drawing of my country's version of the bigfoot though(we call it Agta or Kapre around here)
