I've been listening to David Bowie a lot recently. That has nothing to do with this.Cartman's fun to draw, I've found out. I've always avoided it in the past, for whatever reason.

OH GOD I REALIZED THAT RIGHT AFTER I STARTED COLORING IT BLACK. I was so distracted by having no bloody clue what a PSP looked like that I just made it black. D: PLEASE FORGIVE MY IGNORANCE!
