my faults.fault lines.writing down my fault lines in notebook paper cuts.
blood tastes like iron and salt. a penny. in my mouth.
we get in fights. i pushed you and you pushed me
and you hide and write words in your journal that i can't see
so i'm drawing out a plan to make myself a better person. to suit you
but even though i can't, i still split apart paper skin to make me new again and again and again

Supposedly, every seven years every cell in our body has been replaced. We're constantly becoming new people at the most fundamental level. That's hopeful to me, somehow.

we can never be perfect no matter how hard we try people will always find faults in us because it is just human nature.
stop trying to please others please yourself, find happiness for yourself because at the end of the day thats all that truly matters. other will call you selfish and you will feel guilt at times but if can find happiness and learn to love yourself i promise everything else will fall into place

I don't know what to say since it's a bit confusing for me,
but I find you to be a good person just the way you are.
Whatever happens, sometimes it's nice and do what you want.

Like a caterpillar in a cocoon.. I do the same thing.
But it makes me feel like poison. So I hide the fault lines, my fault lines, underneath lies of silk and smiles.
