Once known to be a legend of Planet Vegeta, Arrot was the Saiyan God that fended off many powerful threats from his home planet, however though he possessed great power, it drained completely very quickly to the point where he would be rendered very weak in a few minutes of using his power, because of this King Vegeta saw him as a disgrace to the Saiyans and banished him for being weak, enraged, Arrot swore for vengeance and promised to master his power to destroy those who denied his place

Taking his forcefully wedded wife Cara, Arrot trained with many Gods mastering his godly power becoming the true Super Saiyan God, sadly he never got to destroy Planet Vegeta as Frieza already wiped them out a century ago, so instead he took his anger on Frieza's Race and wiped out what was left of them with his great power and limitless ki

He is another of the Time Squad's greatest enemies and nemesis to the Chosen One Son Goken
