Daughter of Patriarch Junichi and Shizuka Makoto of the Makoto Family, 1 of the Families of the Mizu Clan and rival Family to the Doku Family, Setsuko is a headstrong female Yakuza of the streets, although her Father wanted her to live a normal life like every other Japanese girl but with her violent nature and strength he realises he cannot make her avoid the life he has, so he made her into a collector and occasionally a bouncer

After her Father is poisoned at an event she has to temporarily takeover his place of running the family, although this is tough since there are rarely any Female Patriarchs, however many of the members have been protecting Setsuko in her childhood and are willing to put their life on the line for her supporting her and her Father

Setsuko herself is very strong, she has beaten many thugs and even fought a bull as a teenager when a baby was attacked, though she was injured doing so, being as a strong-willed and tough like her Father in his younger years she sometimes resolves matters with her fists if words are not enough

Until her Father has fully recovered Setsuko will watch-over the family and protect both her Mother and Father while also protecting family's members

Setsuko: The Makoto Family will stay strong, I won't allow my Father's work to be wasted, I will prevent our downfall and if any of the other families or the Ichigo Alliance try anything, we'll break them all down!
