It's actually pencil colored in Photoshop, but meh.My brother's roleplay character on the Final Fantasy Tactics RP forum, Heroes of Ivalice: Milly Jeyh.
This is her dress for an upcoming formal RP event that's going on.
Done in Final Fantasy Tactics style, this is purely my hand-work, referencing done purely to mimick the style, not the pose, or anything else.
