Snow White and the Huntsman definitely all the way for both characters.ย The actresses just have better faces for their associated roles and they just are plainly more attractive for those roles.
I do admit though, I am biased when it comes to Ravenna.ย It is Charlize or no one.

I prefer Mirror Mirror because I thought Lily Collins did a good job playing Snow White. Julia Roberts's Queen, how ever, could've been better.

I liked both movies and their takes on the fairytale. SWatH was of action, and a sense of dark magic that was just amazing. MM was whimsical, and although it was a bit all over the place, it was fun to watch. Both are different and good in their own way, so I'll rate the movies this way:
Evil Queen: Tie. Charlize Theron was an amazing evil queen, but Julia Roberts is amazing. Both were great in their role.
Snow White: Lily Collins. Kristen was cool during the fight scenes, but I feel like Lily did a better job of capturing Snow White's personality.

i hated Mirror Mirror. it started off pretty good and got worse and worse as it went on.. then the ridiculous song and dance at the end hit rock bottom. this art is beautiful though love it

Loved the movie with Lily Collins much better (I can't stand Kristen Stewart), but Charlize Theron was the much more beautiful and much more evil queen.

I liked Mirror Mirror better, because I think Kristen's acting was a bit too flat for the character she portrayed. I read the novelization, and I really enjoyed that, so I honestly was a little depressed by the acting (though Charlize was fantastic, of course, as always). And of course Mirror Mirror was hilarious, which helps.

Mirror mirror stick closer to the actual fairytale and i enjoyed it. On the other hand, i really enjoyed the other movie as well and like how it emphasized snow's purity (which kinda justifies disney's original snow white, because no one wants to see someone get everything they want in life because of good looks). I LOVE action movies (yet i hate too much gore) so i thought SWATH was wicked! MM was a cutsie almost kiddie movie that i refuse to compare to the other (just too different!). It was really cute but i still dont completely understand the queen. I still liked it, of course!

I think Snow White and the huntsman was better for Chris Hemsworth and Sam Claflin the script and sets, but Kristen Stewart just..sucks at acting. She wasnยดt as bad as in Twilight, but it was still pretty painful to watch. And.. in what kind of alternate dimension Kristen is more beautiful than Charlize?!?

i agree on the acting. I dont think physical beauty had to do with anything. It was more about inner beauty (which is way better if u ask me). Snow Bella was so insanely pure that she was considered beautiful inside and out. I liked both movies and both seem too different to really compare to each other.

Mirror Mirror was a cute and silly movie. SWATH was a better movie, it wasn't great but it was better than Mirror Mirror. It was also beautifully crafted with the sets (MM's costumes were nice and pretty, some were too silly though) Charlize and Julia played their evil queens completely different but I prefer the darker and kind of sympathetic Charlize's version. I really don't think Lily Collins can act. She's beautiful definitely but she's completely painful to watch. I don't get the Kristen Stewart hate outside of the Twilight movies. She's good at what she does and I thought she was a better Snow White and is a much better actress than Lily Collins.

Yes I do. I think people give her an unfair rep. I've seen her in more than the Twilight movies which a lot of people seem to associate her with. Which is unfortunate because she's done many other movies and I think she's a great actress. Lily Collins is beautiful but is very bland and I had a hard time even paying her any attention at all. She really annoyed me. Besides, not everyone acts over the top, Kristen may be awkward but I think she is very good at what she does. When she is given a role, she plays the role like a real person. The Bella character is annoying, superficial, an idiot and whatever else, so Kristen played her like that. Snow White in her movie, was unsure, with hidden strength, determined, and had presence which Kristen showed. Her speech was awkward but overall, she was better.
Like I said, Mirror Mirror was a kid's movie. A cute and silly movie. SWATH was more serious, darker. So two different Snow Whites but I prefer Kristen.

Wow. U really make a good point. I don't think either actress is terrible, I just happen to prefer Lily Collins. I really enjoyed the cutsie-ness of MM and the action and interesting story line of SWATH. If I had to pick which was the better movie (I really don't want to because they're both so different!) I'd pick SWATH. Then again, that movie really wasn't meant for kids so of course there would be more action and a more engaging plot.

That's completely understandable. I see a lot of people prefer her, I just don't. She's beautiful but her delivery... sheesh. The only scene I think I liked her in was the moment between her and the prince when they were fighting in the woods, that was a cute scene but other than that. I was waiting for her to bite the apple so she could just not talk for the rest of the movie but alas really cute plot twist. The song at the end also grated my nerves. I love musicals but that was just random and unnecessary.

I like Mirror Mirror a LOT more than Snow White and the Huntsman. I am not a fan of Kristen Stewart, and she just kind of ruined the movie for me.
