Open wsb and go to: Toolbars, Headers and Rebar > Rebar > NavBar > Basic > Base > Band then: give -40 to the last "contentmargins:margins" value, like this: x, x, x, -40
Now, if with this vs, you will use TT, do what i said before and also go to: Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics and give 0 ( zero) to "Paddedborderwidht:size"
If you will use TT with adressbar and searchbar, so with Toolbar, use classic theme!!

No need to use classic theme, i said that if you will an adressbar and searchbar and use TT, you must use classic!!
For aero, if you will use TT: no adressbar and sb!!
But maybe you will not use TrueTransparency!!
For the tip to not have an adressbar and searchbar on aero, yes it's with "Windows style builder"!!
