In the very best tradition of the classic "Odalesque" nudes of the 16th and 17th century artists! Lovely.

The effort shows, in a very good way, and that fine quality is in the painting. It reminds me of the best of 19th Century odalisques. She's very pretty, and you've done her full justice.
The background to the painting isn't quite clear, in a temporal sense. The furnishings give no clue, but is this a take on the Biblical story of Judith from the Apocrypha? Either way, it's VERY well done!
I can't even draw well, let alone paint, but this makes me wish that I had learned more.

I have found this fascinating...........I didn't realise you could get this degree of realism with digital tools. I have been a traditional artist all my life and have achieved a high degree of realism in my work using conventional techniques.
I am very very impressed with what you have done.

This is--of course--spectacular, but I came to look more closely because of your title. In art, we always see Judith during or after her beheading of Holofernes; I've always wondered why no-one painted her as a temptress. She seduced an opposing general, exhausted him into a deep sleep, and then killed him--that takes a talent and allure far beyond the murderous.
I like that her expression is seductive and yet ambiguous; this is clearly an intelligent woman. (Perhaps I'm reading a hint of danger into her expression because of her name, as well.) Fascinating, and gorgeously rendered.

photopaint over ...if not.. where are the pencil drawings.. an artist painting in oils. acrylics.would have a dozen pencil and colour roughs..
here we see .. nothing but a paintover pretending to be a painting ..the video omits the photo layer when recording..
honesty is the best policy..deviant art has a lot of this deception.. painter/photographer..

Hello, I had sent you a note regrading if I could use Judith in a project that will be bringing music and art together. The music that your picture would be with is Raise your Weapon by Deadmau5. The reason I'm asking you again because I haven't heard a reply yet. I was hoping to post this on Monday and I hope I can hear from you then (I'll send you another note too). Unfortunately, if I don't hear from you by Monday I'm going to have to post it with your picture on it. I would give you full credit with a link back to the picture as well as to your profile. If you do not like it, please note me and I will immediately take it down (I'm really hoping to hear from you so we do not have to go into this other option). Thank you so much for reading and your piece is amazing. You defiantly have talent that I wish I had. Have a great day.
