most of the games don't really say there is one
but they totally imply it

i wonder how long nintendo will hold out until they make another game starring Luigi and have Waluigi be his nemesis in that game

I agree, great work here! Luigi looks so short compared to Waluigi...
I've always wanted to know, how do you color lineart without having to ink it all over again (unless you did)? x.x

I color most of my pictures digitally. I rarely ink lineart. More often then not, I simply make dark lines with the pencile.
I use Paint Shop Pro, so I can't tell you how to do things with Photoshop or anything else, but they're all pretty similar. Look under colors (while you have the line art open) and go to adjust, then click threshold. I go anywhere from 130 to 160, whatever looks best.
Yeah, kinda complicated, but it gets the job done.
