This is just what if they existed.After the Tartarus War, Dinosauria and Alayssia united with the marriage of Toru and Crimsonia. While Dinosauria formed the Dinosauria Bureau to investigate any suspicious activity, Alayssia formed the United Council and more elemental cities formed. Each person in the Council represented their respective city. Each element is now affiliated with one of the main four.
