The Eon duo turned out great.
Only change I recommend is making their legs shorter. Latias and Latios have vestigial legs, because they fly and levitate all the time they hardly ever use their legs.

I kind of imagined those as another pair of wings for aerodynamic purposes, unless you’re talking about the clawed arms

Nope, talking about it’s legs.
And you don’t have to worry about it being more aerodynamic. When Latias or Latios want to fly faster, they tuck in their arms and are capable at flying at supersonic speeds.
