Before meeting Hikari, Rico lost his twin brother, Razeen, to a Phantom Jaguar. Some time after the Tartarus war, Razeen was reborn as the Chameleon Dragon Kyahfahzizidoh. He and Rico have had a happy reunion, an he got to meet Hikari.
Some time afterwards, he meets two Dinosaurians, Gegeto and Sally, two friends. As they hang out, Matrix interrogates Razeen as he had recently come to Dinosauria. Matrix deems Razeen safe and asks him to use his powers wisely...
