I officially introduce to the world: The Artificial Human Weapon, Evangelion Unit 01; Test Type.”

The last and closest of Shin Gojira’s elite class humanoids still tried to defend it’s fallen master even while afflicted by the toxin NERV used to kill the other humanoids. The toxin however was nullified, indicating that this humanoid had Shin Gojira’s adaptation abilities.

Despite this humanoid being so aggressive and uncontrollable, it was deemed worthy of being converted into an Evangelion and is the 2nd successful Evangelion Unit made by NERV after Evangelion Unit 00. Due to the humanoid being so volatile and unpredictable it has been implanted with physical and mental restraining bolts to both sedate and restrict its power, making it easier to control by the pilot, inserted via enry plug in the nape.

Monarch first recorded the Bio-Mechanical monstrosity was when one when Unit 01 engaged the Hollow Earth Guardian, Dorako. Dorako is killed by Unit 01 after it came too close to the NERV HQ pyramid. Gamera who was following close behind engages the purple giant. Gamera however proves too much for the Evangelion which seems to be having trouble even standing upright and it retreats.

Gamera follows it into NERV HQ and finds himself under a fierce military counterattack. He manages to break through their main defence and gets within 5km of the pyramid with intentions to destroy it. Gamera stops when he encounters an enormous psychic barrier. He is pushed back by this force and forced to retreat before the psychic force drove him insane.

Despite retreating, Gamera briefly loses his grip on his sanity and goes berserk before KiryuGoji arrives and snaps him out of it and proceeds to take him to the other Godzilla’s.

With Evangelion Unit 01 having been seen by civilians and images leaked online, the public and world governments begin demanding answers. NERV spokeswoman, Dr Akagi announces the Evangelion Series. A series of NERV made Mecha’s created for the purpose of either killing or controlling Kaiju. The world’s opinion os divided on such Mecha’s however the UN informs the world of it’s tight control over said Mecha’s and that no country has rights or holdings over them.

Legendary admits to the other Godzilla’s that his last contact with Shin before his death was a violent fight in which Shin refused to fight him and simply took Legendary’s assault. MireGoji questions why Legendary attacked Shin and he admits that he attacked him because they had argued over Shin accidentally killing Ririn.

Heisei calls out Legendary for being selfish, Shin was distraught and broken after killing Ririn, hence why Heisei charged him with protecting Ririn’s grave. Still almost 7 years later, Ririn’s death had still greatly affected Shin despite Heisei’s reassurances he did not hold it against him. Legendary’s confrontation would have sent Shin into a downward spiral, weakening him to the point that the humans were able to kill him.

Heisei becomes furious after Legendary finally admits that his last words to Shin was that he wished that Shin had died instead of Ririn. Heisei goes to strip Legendary of his status as King for his actions having lead to the death of one of the Godzilla clan but KiryuGoji returns with Gamera. Gamera reveals that the huge psychic presence at the humans pyramid is Shin Gojira. Humans have kept Shin alive and are using him in some way. The psychic barrier he is creating is driving kaiju like Titanosaurus insane and the humans are using his humanoids to create the ‘abominations,’

Heisei decrees that Legendary fix his mistake or be punished by being banished to the Hollow Earth’s “Dead Zone” for his actions against a fellow King and causing this current mess.
