Lois Richton is Michael Richton's (aka American Soldier ) 16-year old sister and member of the Soldier 6. Lois, a die-hard baseball fan and high school softball pitching champion, suffered from a terminal illness she received when she was 11. After Michael received highly advanced bionic implants to become American Soldier and first considered created a crime fighting team known as the Soldier 6, he asked in return to give the same biotechnology to his sister to save her life. Lois received those implants, and in the process possesses the same abilities as her brother and decided to join the team. Lois, known by her codename, Lois-ville Slugger, now continues to fight crime and evil alongside her brother as a valuable asset to Soldier 6.

Lois is brash and a little hotheaded. She always looks for an adrenaline rush and a taste of adventure as a crime fighter to get away from her day job as a waitress for Michael's Philadelphia restaurant. She sometimes either get herself or her teammates into trouble due to her nagging attitude. Despite her constant arguments with Michael, she always looks up to her brother as a role model and will never let him down when push comes to shove. She is also a moral booster for the team, as well as the resident prankster, especially towards fellow teammate Galaxia Sky : she teases the Space Knight with blow horns and whoopee cushions, the result makes Galaxia extremely frustrated. Lois' favorite hobbies are practicing softball and collecting trading cards. Her favorite foods are ballpark hot dogs and pretzels.

Given the same bionic implants as her brother, Lois possess the same near-superhuman speed and agility as Michael. She also has additional implants enable her with telescopic vision and super-hearing. Her specialty bionic attack is the "Tornado Spin", where she twirls around in super-speed to create makeshift miniature whirlwinds; she can also use this attack to power up her right hook uppercut punch attack on nearby enemies. She is a gifted athlete, swimmer and gymnast. She is a black belt in Judo and Greco-Roman wrestling, as well as CQC (Close Quarters Combat) techniques thought by her brother. Her main weapons are a baseball-launching rifle for non-lethal ranged attacks, and a specially created baseball bat made of an indestructible material primary used for melee combat and repelling low power projectile weapons. She is also a trained qualified field medic.
