Thanks Volinfer! I tried to use primarily the secondary colors on the color wheel (orange, green, purple).

Wow! How did you get such a smooth look with pens? I love the colors in this, especially the orange/brown on the wolf's nose ^^

I did my best to apply my strokes with as little overlap as possible, and then went back a second time (or more, ex. on the snake) to make textures and additional colors. Also, I kept the strokes moving in the same direction to create more unity! You need a steady hand and an even pressure, not too hard or it'll catch and wiggle. These PITT markers themselves don't blend and mix with other colors like I have seen Copics do, but they do take well to applying multiple layers!
