Day Four of "Seven Days of Virtues" with Camael, Archangel of Chastity

Often teased as being the inspiration for the Adonis story, Camael had angels fawning over him from a young age. All anyone could talk about was how beautiful his future family would be. No one ever paid attention to how strong he was, how smart he was, or how well he embodied his virtue. So, he decided to prove his worth to everyone who only dared to look skin deep. He rejected all confessions of love and spent his free time working on himself. By the time he became an Archangel in Training, he was well ahead of his fellow students. However, he didn't expect to fall in love with his mentor, Jofiel, after beginning his role as deputy.

For the first time in his life, he felt like his virtue was being tested. Jofiel could see that he was struggling during their private training sessions. When she confronted him, he confessed how he felt. Jofiel explained that being able to face temptation and still perservere is the true test of one's ability to become an Archangel, and let him down easy.

After Jofiel transitioned to becoming a Dominion, Camael took up the role as Archangel. He is now happily married to a Principality of Chastity named Rabia, who is currently expecting their first child. Together, they teach their students that true strength is not only how much you can lift or how hard you can punch, but the strength of your will and your heart.
