It is Norwich here in the UK, it's located on the other side of the A1270 on the Northern fence of Norwich Airport.

That plane was based on the ill-fated Comet, right? I like the design, as unusual as the design of the british V-bombers.

You are correct, the Nimrod was a development of the Comet.
The Comet was indeed a beautiful design, and one of Britain's most beautiful in my opinion, thanks to the ingenious method of locating the engines in the wing roots. I must say that I always find it a shame that people tend not to look past the tragedies that befell the design. Because in spite of those early issues, the redeveloped Comet became a fairly useful aircraft and served for near on thirty years as a passenger carrier. de Havilland never quite managed to recover in terms of aircraft sales, and of course American airliners such as Boeing's 707 would establish themselves as the market leading designs. However, as the first jet airliner, I think the Comet deserves much more than just a footnote in history and should not simply be labelled as a failure. After all, she not only had a long career of her own, but left a legacy with the Nimrod. We must not forget that throughout history, it often takes tragedy for lessons to be learned, and those who lost their lives in early Comets certainly did not loose their lives in vein, as much was learned about metal fatigue, lessons that still have repercussions in the industry today and have kept many safe in the skies ever since.

If it's so, why is it a Hawker-Siddeley? The Comet was from De Havilland.

Hawker Siddeley bought out de Havilland in the 1960s.

Always loved the Nimrod.
Not sure if its the airframe history or the look off the beast, a bit of both perhaps
