Hawker Siddeley bought out de Havilland in 1960, the Nimrod first flew in 1967 under the Hawker Siddeley name.
Arguably you could also label the Nimrod as manufactured by BAe Systems, as Hawker Siddeley would eventually become part of BAe. I tend try to use the original designation if possible though.

I understand, I didn't know that de Havilland was been sold so early.
Somehow it reminds me a bit about the badge engineering of the british car industry. Do you know the ADO 16? No? But maybe you know the Austin 1100, MG 1100, Morris 1100, Wolseley 1100, Riley Kestrel, Vanden Plas Princess 1100 or Innocenti IM3. Yes, those are all the same car. Just with different names. The world famous Mini (the original one) was been sold with 12(!) names!
