I need a diffuser
or I need to figure out my b/f;s camera
either way it could have been better...
Edit: Did some editing with Photoshop and Lightroom. I think it is much better than the previous version.

That's a cool jumping spider. I do think a diffuser would help your lighting a lot. A simple styrofoam plate cut out to fit around your lens should do the trick.
