Strawberry Shortcake to me has somewhat similar personality to Sakura Kinomoto of Cardcaptor Sakura, because both Strawberry and Sakura are really nice, sweet, and good-hearted yet they can be naive.

But in comparison to Sakura, Strawberry is smarter and a bit spunkier than Sakura. Unlike Sakura, Strawberry isn't really clueless while Sakura can show somewhat of her clueless tendency.
