Theme was Judge Dredd. Yup, the UK satire on US comics.So...this was easy to take over the top, wayyy over the top. Sadly, the deadline has already passed, so I didn't have time to color it. Hopefully I'll have time though, and if not, well I will not. I can see now that the shiny piece I put behind him makes his back look as if it is a bit deformed...but meh.
I have an itch to read Dredd now...
