Why blue inside? I don't know. Its appearance makes it alike birds faeces.

I just thought it looked like when you have a lollypop, and your mouth changes color.

Yes, it is a real color. This camouflage makes it similar to bird faeces.

I'm not the person who posted this photo but I've read somewhere that frog will have bright colors to advertise to predator that they're poisonous. "Eat me and see what happen!"
