I decided to shade rather than color this one... Thank for the title here... I cannot draw Ro to save my life.

I've seen a LOT of people draw Z, and this one actually *looks* like him - minus the slightly too smug tone. He's a hint more mild mannered and a little huskier/older, by about 8 months-1.5 years (Easy fix, everything at the point of his cheekbones and up is flawless, as is the line of his lips. Just broaden the left side (his right) cheek line so it looks like he has a sledgehammer jaw/chin instead of a pointy one).
Ro doesn't look so bad, she needs more point to her nose (downward, just follow the line coming off her eye a bit more and a little more tuck in at her lip right where the curve of her chin starts. It'll give her more of that spunk look that she has to her personality.)
Give a few jagged hints to the top of her head where the edge of the paper is, and a loose strand where her side/forehead hairline meets her hair, she's a stylish tomboy with attitude, the smooth baby hairline is too stiff.
Last suggestion: bring her left shoulder out a little more so it gives her a slightly broader look, but just slightly.
You've got her really close, except she's about 5 years younger in this picture than in the series, you can use Photoshop or an eraser to add in her "Tron" white lines
