Description
This weeks warm-up a Marine from the Exorcist Chapter. Quite like the idea of these guys, may do a series of proper illustrations when I get the chance.For roughs, sneak peaks and works in progress, I post a bit more on these accounts -

These guys really make me think of Word Bearers cause of this picture.

If you check out the fluff in the 2nd forgeworld Badab war book (Imperial armour vol 10) the Exorcists are shown with the same doctor who looking circle glyphs that are on the Horus Heresy Word Bearers - I think it's a done deal that Exorcists are loyalist Word Bearers (or at least built from their gene seed)

To don my true nerd form, I think the lore behind these guys is that they are related to the Grey Knights in some shape or form, and they are all ex-possessed humans, so the signs and symbols you would of seen on them would be similar to the Word Bearers, because they would be adept in the field of demonology, which would use the same glyph type written language.

Eh, friend, I got news. To me, the Imperium would never use Word Bearer Geneseed. They probably think that stuff is as cursed as Horus' geneseed. I think maybe the GK idea is more likely. The Blood Ravens are all but confirmed successors of the Thousand Sons. The Charcaradons' origins have been nodded to as Terran Raven Guard who were too crazy for Covus. The Minotaurs are probably World Eaters, but their geneseed is described as chimeric and I think Iron Warriors are the other half.
