Page 2 of my Guilty Gear Relationship chart.Please save any questions beyond this point in the timeline till the events actually occur.
Also, regarding Justice, I don't know if she was initially acting on orders from That Man or not. It seems like she was, but it also seems That Man was acting independently of the country he was working for.
I can't say for certain. I also can't say if she was pregnant at this point in time or not, though it's possible that it was a motivating factor in her insurrection, it's unconfirmed.

This is informative, but there is something i've been meaning to point out to another GG fan. You seem like the right person.
I don't know if it's a typo, but during the various end showings in the 1st GG game that involved Justice, they all reffered to Justice as a 'He'. I can send you links to the animations, but I was just wondering, was Justice originally a man (in Daisuke's plans) or was it an actual typo which continued throughout the game

Keep in mind that in GG: The Missing Link, everything was localized by Atlus, not Aksys or Sammy-Sega. So simple things like gender reference weren't really that important a long time ago.
Also the original VA for Justice was also the VA for the original Chipp Zanuff, so there really wasn't any consideration that the story would continue.
In fact a lot of things got changed and retconned from GG to GGX to GGXX. So you'll have to trust in the Drama CDs and the GGXXAC+ as the actual Canon for the most part.
Also it doesn't hurt to read the interviews posted in various places.
