It's starting to get more complicated isn't it?

Though, I have to be honest, as far as the P.W.A.B. goes, I don't know how far they have their tentacles in all this, and there may be some branches that work with Old-World Zepp, but that's a lot of Grey Area I know next to nothing about.

PWAB says they're trying to eliminate Gears as a threat, and yet they still use them or rather derivatives of them like Forbidden Beats (Kinjuu). I don't know if Kliff was directly involved with PWAB's dissolvement, but even if they were supposed to disband, in the end, they did not. No official mention of existing Gear Plants made by them, either.

The funny thing is, Testament uses his connections in PWAB to set up the 2nd Recruitment Tournament years later, so I don't know if his defection was official or not. He refers to himself as a "Ghost from the War", so I can't say I know much about that.

Also, regarding That Man and what he has to do with Testament...all I can say is, that's the only explanation for what happened 40 years prior to the tournament when Kliff says he killed his step-son.

Testament says "I was only a low-level Gear back then".

So there you go...
