Second remake, now its the turn of my Ghost Owl Line [link]163-GHOWL (Ghoul-Owl)
-Flying/Ghost
-Ghost pokemon
-"Ghowl sleeps during the daytime, and is active at night. Its white body reflects the moonlight, making it glow in the dark."

-Phantom pokemon
-"This pokemon makes its nest near graveyards. This pokemon has the ability to float soundless, thanks to its soft feathers, which, together whit its white glow, give it a supernatural look"

This, together with this [link] are probably the most simple of my designs, and yet, are two of my favourite so far.
This version of my owls is based in those white shadow ghosts we all love and know, the classic blankets with holes for eyes.
GEISTOL doesnt have proper hands, those you see there are its talons, but as he floats around while his long wings and tail reach the floor, they end up looking like creepy claws, it completes the ghost look

I wish artists like you got to make new pokemon. I've honestly gotten the feeling, recently, that they're just not putting much effort into new pokemon unless they're legendary. I wish they'd spend a little of that effort that they spend on legendaries on makings some decent regular pokemon.

I agree with you, and even some of the legendaries look really made-up as well; I could imagine their trail of thoughts going "Let's take a simple base and stuff it with some horns and spikes and wings to make it look different, it's so giant and amazing now, wow". I really appreciate all that Game Freak has done for us, but the quality of the pokemon is obviously been going slightly lower recently. :c

I like the names, types, species, and designs. It reminds me of a snow owls. I love that the beaks are implied rather than a different color. It sort of reminds me of morph masks. The eyes are magnetic and creepy with the rest being white.
As a design suggestion I would say make the feet and claws just pure black and even have them not be connected to the body as a haunter style further emphasis the ghost in it.
I notice that your missing data for these two so if I may list some I believe would help.

In a sense, your pokemon look one-of-a-kind! It's everything original about ghosts, how they inspire mystery, obscurity, and fear of the unown (little pun there 
I almost can't make out that thin line between whether its a spirit or a bird pokemon. And that is a pretty good thing, it keeps to the ghosts' theme of vagueness.
I can imagine Geistowl folding his talons like they were arms.
You think maybe Geistowl could haunt barn lofts? People think they're pesky pokemon, but besides hunting mice, Geistowl could be messengers to signify that somebody's soul is at unrest.
I like your idea that Geistowl is nicknamed "The White Shadow"!
