YAY a color tutorial. That's enough tutorials for today. YES I will be making an adobe photoshop version of this in the future. But not today. <3Tutorial includes my custom brush settings

One thing I need to know: Do you put on all theΒ shades for the skin in a seperate layer, or just in one? (new to Sai, need help haha)

been using PS for years but seeing how flexible SAI is with line art and colours really keen to work with it

I made a watercol brush that was super blendy and then took away it's ability to create color :3 It only blends when you paint with it instead of adding to the color like a normal watercolor brush. you can find the exact settings i used in my custom brush supplement (tutorials section of my gallery)

Hmm... im interested. How do you make new brushes in SAI? ive looked through my SAI programm but i can't really find anything. Is there a button you have to press and hold to enable making new brushes?

hmmm... i'm interested. How do you make your own brushes? i mean, I've looked through my SAI paint tool program, but i didn't find anything to do with making new Brushes. Is there any kind of special command, or do you have to press and hold a button to be able to add new brushes?

XD there's a tutorial in my gallery on what all the different custom brush settings mean :3 right click on an empty box in the brushes menu and create a brushtype, and go from there

if you didn't save it as a transparent layer, you can set the mode to "multiply" and it should appear transparent.

i dont use youtube XD the quality would have to be brought way WAY down, and everything shortened to 15 minutes long. if you just click on the video links your in-browser video viewers should cause it to stream rather than downloading it to your computer. (quicktime helps!)

oh probably sometime XD i gotta wait till i get this computer replaced (which is why i have emergency commissions open) it's dying and won't handle my recording software at the moment -_____- hopefully it'll be replaced soon!

i don't XD right now my RAM is fried (i'm running a temporary 512 RAM with windows vista -____- in the interum) and I get the blue screen of death (even after I formatted) every 15 mins or so :3 so the sooner I replace this computer, the better XD ive had emergency commissions open for about two weeks now and i'm half way there :3
