This is a very late birthday gift for my friend , based on her fics Love and Levirate and Pride and Parity. If you haven't read these fics yet, I can't recommend them enough. Even if you're not a fan of the pairing. They have become the definitive version for this couple in my mind.

Thanks! I got some new eye tips (from Jessica, actually) so I have to admit I'm pretty pleased with the way Anora's turned out.
I think one of the reasons I like the story so much is because Anora never quite admits it. If they had ever turned into a gushy couple it wouldn't have worked so very well.

Mean as it sounds it's definitely one of those "I don't want to read this", but I found myself really liking these two together. Never once did either of them go out of character either, right to the end...You're absolutely right, there are a scant few writers who makes this pairing work. And JJ's on the top of that tiny list.
