Thank you! I'm actually trying to find a faster way to do hair--I like the result, but it takes a really, really long time. I could definitely stand to take a digital art class.

Oh, it takes a while. I usually have a base color and then a separate layer of highlights, which start off as dots and get dragged around by the smudge tool on Photoshop until they look right. Tedious, that. Mind-numbingly so.

Thanks! It was originally a contest for Winter Festivals, so I was kind of going for warm and peaceful. *happy sigh* I love holiday pics.

I can never say enough times how beautiful the lighting in your creations are/is...argh. I'm so stunned I can't even do proper grammar. Yeah. And of course, so sweet this moment between Elissa and Alistair. I second the call for the full pose!

Thank you! I'm going to have to work on getting the actual fireplace in there, I think, after cutting out the other characters. Hmmmm.... I think a new project has just been born.

And yeah, I've been getting requests for a picture of them where they're not kicking the crap out of each other in some way. I decided to indulge them

Thank you! I'll work on the full pose, though the full pic had three other characters in it. I think that project is a lost cause at this point.
